On March 16 and 17th 2016, Marines with the School of Infantry-East will compete in a physically and mentally challenging competition that tests each Marine’s ability to shoot, move, communicate, medicate, and combinations thereof.

The School of Infantry-East is hosting its first Combat Instructors Stakes which is a two day event meant to test the endurance, skill, and knowledge of individual teams of two Combat Instructors. This film is a preview and advertisement for the event.

This is a film created to raise awareness of Marine Corps deaths from off duty incidents in preparation for the 101 Critical Days of Summer. Filmed on Camp Geiger, NC with Marines from the School of Infantry-East. Also available in high definition.

U.S. Marines from Delta Company, Infantry Training Battalion (ITB), School of Infantry-East (SOI-E) assault an objective during the Infantry Integrated Field Training Exercise aboard Camp Geiger, N.C., Nov 15. Delta company is the first company at ITB with female students as part of a measured, deliberate and responsible collection of data on the performance of female Marines when executing existing infantry tasks and training events, the Marine Corps is soliciting entry-level female Marine volunteers to attend the eight week basic infantryman and infantry rifleman training courses at ITB. The Infantry Unit Leaders Course, offered through the Advanced Infantry Training Battalion, School of Infantry-East is responsible for providing instruction and training to the future Marines Corps infantry platoon sergeants.
